The Mind Behind The Book | Done With Her

Hello Book lovers!!
I recently got the chance to interview the Author of the book "Done with her"

WhatsApp Image 2019-05-16 at 12.44.15 AM (2).jpeg

About the Author: Being an indoor person, Chirasree loves to read, write, and paint. If she's not doing either of the three, you'd find her observing people and reading into their emotions. That's where she gets her story ideas from. With her debut novel 'Done With Her...', she intends to ignite diverse emotions in the readers' minds. She believes in making a difference through her writing. This novel is her baby step towards that goal.

About the bookA gripping tale of love, lust, obsession and murder. It’s a kick in the guts. Love that’s raw, lust that’s insane and obsession that’s frantically irresistible. Twists will keep you on the edge while the truth will stab at your subconscious.
Avesh Mathur, a techie stumbles upon the enchanting and sultry Spreeha at work. Every man in his office wants to have her. But he is struck with horror. She happens to resemble a girl from his past. The past that he’d do anything to keep under wraps.
Spreeha lives next door to Avesh. She watches him furtively day and night even though she has a lover. He intrigues her, however, she’s not done with her lover. She wants them both because they remind her of someone.
What tragedy awaits Avesh? Is the girl he’s madly falling for as beautiful on the inside as on the outside? Will he finally have to face the frightening truth that he’s been stashing for two years?

Here's the set of questions I happened to ask her and look at the beautiful replies!!

Simran: When did you realize that you wanted to become a writer?

Chirasee: I would like to rephrase the question to ‘when I realized I was a writer’ because you never really become a writer. You discover that you are one. So it was about 3 years back when I came across the writer within me.

Simran:  Where did you get inspiration for writing such a book?
Chirasree: The book is based on a heinous crime often committed in our country. News and articles on the same prompted me to pen down a story on this subject.

Simran: What do you think is different in this story?
Chirasree:
The message it conveys. It’s imperative for everybody to know and realize it, I
believe. Not every crime thriller aims at delivering a message.

Simran: Any suggestions for the budding writers?
Chirasree:
Believe in what you write. Remember, you cannot make everybody out there happy
with it. And, that’s okay.

Simran: The first book you read which inspired you to write?
Chirasree:
No book inspired me to write. I have always been an avid reader. However, that in no
way had a role to play in me becoming a writer.
